Vial Supply Calculator: How Long a Vial Lasts
Work out how many times a planned amount fits in a vial and how many days the vial lasts at a given frequency, with a reorder reminder date.
This calculator checks arithmetic only. It is not medical advice and does not recommend any amount. Research-use products are not intended for human use; follow the prescribing information for any medication.
How it's calculated
Daily use = amount each time × times per week ÷ 7. Days left = amount in vial ÷ daily use. The reorder reminder is set 14 days before the vial runs out, the same rule the Kinetic vial tracker uses.
Real vials lose a little to the syringe dead space and to what stays in the vial, so plan on slightly fewer uses. To track the actual amount left as you log, add the vial in the Kinetic app.
FAQ

When should I reorder?
Kinetic suggests reordering about 14 days before a vial runs out to allow for shipping.
